DO YOU PROVIDE LOCKERS OR A PLACE TO CHANGE BEFORE/AFTER CLASS?

We provide cubbies and a changing area for your convenience. Cubbies do not contain locks.

ARE THERE ANY SHOWERS AVAILABLE ON LOCATION?

Yes! We have a shower available to all participants should they require one.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE OTHER CYCLED! STUDIO AMENITIES?

Our studio offers complimentary towels to use during class, and occasionally, fresh fruit :-) In addition, we sell water for ($2) if you happen to forget your bottle at home.

HOW OFTEN AND WHAT TIMES ARE CLASSES OFFERED?

Classes are offered 7 days a week Monday-Sunday. Class times and availability may vary, so be sure to check out our schedule for additional information!

DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES?

We recommend that you make a reservation if you plan to attend a class. We do welcome walk-in riders, but please note that classes may fill up. You can make a reservation online up to 14 days in advance. We do not accept unpaid reservations over the phone or in person. You must have a valid class or class package on your account in order to reserve a bike.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive at least five minutes before your reserved time. We reserve the right to waive your reservation for a wait-listed attendee if you do not contact us prior to the 5-minute window.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty by up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time by logging into your profile online. If your reservation is canceled 12 hours before the class start time, the ride will be credited back to your account to use for another class. Unfortunately, if cancellation is not received 12 hours before the class start time, we will not be able to credit the ride back to your account. If you have an unlimited package, you will be charged $15 for a late cancel or a no show. We appreciate you understanding that we can't make exceptions to this policy.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

We have a strict no-refund policy so be sure to only purchase classes or packages that you are sure you will use. We do offer account credits for rides that are cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding this policy.

CAN I TRANSFER MY CREDITS TO ANOTHER RIDER?

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL ATTIRE FOR MY CYCLED! CLASS?

You're going to SWEAT! We recommend all riders wear their favorite workout gear along with spandex or tight-fitting pants/shorts. Cycling shoes are not required, but stiffer sole tennis shoes are recommended. Our bikes also accommodate standard SPD cleats for riders that have cycling shoes.

CAN I CANCEL OR SUSPEND MY VIP MEMBERSHIP?

Of course, VIP members can suspend their contracts with advance written notice. There is a maximum suspension time of 60 days. At the end of the suspension, the membership will automatically reactivate. To suspend your membership, email info@CYCLEDstudios.com with your requested start and end dates for the suspension.

We would hate to see you go, but understand that life happens. To terminate a monthly auto-renew contract members must provide 30 days notice in writing. You may cancel your membership in writing by sending an email to info@CYCLCEDstudios.com. Upon 30 day notification of intent to cancel, member agrees to be automatically billed for any outstanding account balance in relation to the monthly membership and/or package. There is a penalty to terminate contracts early, this penalty is equal to one month’s membership fee.
